Heat up your summer with homemade salsa

Summer is the perfect time of year to prepare salsa as fresh, local produce is widely available. Join us for Salsa in the Making at the Lewisville Branch Library on Tuesday, June 24 from 1-3 p.m.. The class will be taught by Virginia Lopez, family and consumer sciences agent of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center. After the presentation, attendees will make their own salsa to sample. Signed food/activity waiver required.
